What Happened
I mean, if you need this one explained, you probably deserve to be here. The collapse of $LUNA had such a massive effect on the entire crypto industry, that even more centralized projects were not immune.
In fact, Celsius Network was so astronomically over-leveraged in what we can call “degen” positions that this grave likely will not be big enough.
For those of you who were under a rock, As the $LUNA price collapsed, custodial yield-bearing solutions like Celsius were liquidated in extreme conditions, erasing their finances in less than a week, leaving a ripple effect of consumer protection lawsuits, influencer meltdowns and more.
